We stayed 7 perfect nights here and did not want to leave. The location was favourable, within easy walking distance of Paradise Reef. It was located in a secure area and near everything.

My recent stay at Casa De Yoli was absolutely fantastic. The hosts, Yazmin and David, were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I was impressed by their exceptional customer service, from providing keys and showing me around to arranging a tour and taxi. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with two levels and air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. The large screen Netflix TV in the master bedroom was a great addition. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and blender. The courtyard was lovely, and I enjoyed spending evenings on the rooftop. The location was convenient, with a 24/7 convenience store across the street and many local eateries within walking distance. The excellent wifi was also a plus. I couldn't have asked for a better value for my money.

Although the bed was very firm, my wife found it comfortable. The stairs in the apartment were a bit steep, but manageable.

The host provided us with helpful tips during our stay in this quiet area away from downtown.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to explore the beautiful beaches on the east side. It is also conveniently situated in the touristic area, making it easy to access all the popular attractions. the room was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the hosts were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. the rooftop view was an added bonus, providing a picturesque backdrop for our mornings and evenings.

The hotel is a bit far away from the historic downtown district, which may be a downside for those looking to immerse themselves in the city's cultural charm.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints.

We stayed at Casa De Yoli in Cozumel and it truly felt like home. the hosts, David, Yazmin, and Yoli, treated us like family and provided all the conveniences we needed for our week. the apartment was well, equipped with a large TV, air conditioning, a full, sized refrigerator. the location was perfect for us, in a residential area with local restaurants and amenities, where we could experience everyday life in Mexico. the cost of food in the local restaurants was significantly cheaper compared to the tourist area, saving us up to 70%. David and Yazmin were also excellent in recommending fun activities on the island and even shared a link to a great Mexican movie. We also had the option to rent a bicycle from them, which was very convenient. Cons: Nothing not to like 😊.

The place is nice and cute. The host family were hospitable and accommodating. There is a store across the street and many taco stands nearby. The neighborhood is friendly and safe to walk around. There is a Chocolate Factory nearby for tours and making chocolate.
